We always go to the canton fair twice a year, have many off lines customers, so many experiences for serving OEM items and supermarket items or many importers design customers.

---We usually quote in 24 hours after received your inquiry.
2. Where is your factory located? How can i visit there?
---Our factory is located in Dehua, Quanzhou, that is the biggest ceramic manufacturing base,
it takes about 2 hours from Xiamen Airport to the factory.
3.How can I get a sample to check your quality?
---If you have freight collect express account such as UPS, Fedex.
We can send the samples to you by collect, and Samples' cost is same as the unit price.
4.How long can I expect the sample?
---Usually 15-20days prepared the samples.
5.What is the lead time for mass production?
---Usually 50-60 days after we get the deposit.
6.What's your items of delivery?
---We accept EXW,FOB,CFR,CIF, ect. You can choose the most convenient and cost effective for you.
7.What other service can we get after order?
